Beginners Tactics for Pai Gow Poker

[ English ]

Pai Gow Poker is a cutting-edge game with ancient origins. Built on the ancient Chinese tile game and the current American version of poker, Pai Gow poker marries the east with the wild west in a great game for starting gamblers.

Pai Gow is a poker game that pits the player versus the dealer, unlike nearly all other poker games that gamblers play against other gamblers. By playing against the dealer, beginning players do not need to be concerned about other, more advanced gamblers taking their cash.

A further Pai Gow advantage is the relatively leisurely game play, rookies should be able to take their time and scheme while not needing to make hasty decisions.

It’s also easier to participate in for a very long time with basically a tiny amount of money seeing as, to not win, both of your hands has to be lower than each of the houses hands.

Pai Gow is played with 53 cards; the familiar 52-card basic deck and a single joker. The player is dealt 7 cards faces showing and the house is given seven cards face down.

A five card hand and one two card hand must be made from the seven cards dealt, the 5 card hand must be stronger than the 2 card hand. To succeed, a player is required to have both of his hand values to be better than the houses.
